From a secret speakeasy bar to a national historic landmark, below are a few of our favorites with whom we partner! The Altman Building

  • Location: Chelsea
  • Style: A landmark venue that dates back to the 1890's; where old world charm meets modern technology
  • Capacity: 175 - 750 guests
  • Details: The Altman Building is now a versatile private event venue, boasting 13,500 square feet over two floors. Our venue entrance is ground level and virtually column-free, providing unparalleled flexibility in event production. Our original mahogany bay doors connect directly to the street to allow for seamless ground-level load in and welcome visitors and guests into an expansive piece of New York history. With custom hardwood floors, exposed vaulted brick ceilings, and an expanse of windows that lend an endless cascade of natural light, The Altman Building is an elegant, memorable and exciting venue to host your next event.

The Back Room

  • Location: Lower East Side
  • Style: 1920s speakeasy
  • Capacity: 40 - 200 guests
  • Details: The Back Room is one of only two speakeasies in New York City that operated during Prohibition and is still in existence today. Visit The Back Room today and use the same hidden entrance that was used 85 years ago. Enjoy a cocktail from a teacup-the way people used to secretly drink during prohibition. The vintage 1920's décor, red velvet couches, chandeliers, working fireplace, period pieces and secret room behind the bookcase, provide the perfect setting for a date, birthday party, film shoot, corporate event, or a casual night with friends.

The Foundry

  • Location: Long Island City
  • Style: Restored 19th century building
  • Capacity: 125 - 200 guests
  • Details: The Foundry is a raw space. The rental of The Foundry includes the main space, comprised of the ground floor and mezzanine, The Courtyard (with or without a tent), a fully equipped kitchen and three staff personnel onsite for your event. The Terrace, The Greenhouse, The Albra Room, and The Pool Room can be rented as additional spaces. 3,000+ sq. feet of raw space with a lush outdoor courtyard, rooftop terrace with views of the Manhattan skyline, indoor greenhouse, and fully equipped industrial kitchen. You can use our own caterers (chosen from our list of recommendations), table and chair rentals (provided by Broadway Party Rentals), florists, DJs, musicians etc. who all know our space and have worked here before, or you are welcome to bring in professional outside vendors (excluding rentals, tent rental and catering).

Metropolitan Pavilion & Metropolitan West

  • Location: Chelsea/Hell's Kitchen
  • Style: Manhattan Loft
  • Capacity: 10 - 1,500 guests / 100 - 1,400 guests
  • Details: Some of New York City's most versatile special event spaces for corporate events, receptions, galas, wine tastings and trade shows. Both venues offer event production services. We take your events to the next level of comfort, taste and style.

Midtown Loft & Terrace

  • Location: Midtown Manhattan
  • Style: Loft & Terrace
  • Capacity: Up to 300 guests / Up to 150 guests
  • Details: We will ensure that your needs are handled with care and respect. Right down to the finest details, we guarantee that every event hosted at our venue is perfect. National Museum of the American Indian

  • Location: Lower Manhattan
  • Style: Museum
  • Capacity: 10 - 1,500 people
  • Details: One of the most splendid Beaux-Arts buildings in New York City, this vast seven-story building was designed by Cass Gilbert in the early 1900s. The privilege of entertaining clients and other guests at NMAI is reserved for corporations and non-profit organizations that hold a corporate membership or sponsor an exhibition. Offers 4 main event spaces: The Rotunda, The Collectors Office, The Auditorium, and The Diker Pavilion.

NYIT Auditorium

  • Location: In between Lincoln Center and Columbus Circle
  • Style: Theater
  • Capacity: 252 guests
  • Details: The Auditorium on Broadway features a versatile, bi-level layout boasting a glass-façade atrium and lower-level concourse. An ideal for registration and food and beverage service. The 262-seat auditorium features a platform stage and is equipped with high-definition digital cinema (DCP), 3D and 35mm projection, 7.1 Surround Sound, the latest high- and standard-definition videoconferencing capabilities, wireless broadband internet, and Mac and PC compatibilities.

Ramscale

  • Location: West Village
  • Style: Loft/natural light studio
  • Capacity: 100 seated/150 standing
  • Details: Private 1000sf terrace overlooking the Hudson River. 360 degree views of the city, from the Empire State Building to One World Trade to the Statue of Liberty. A historic landmark building. Originally Bell Labs, now part of the Westbeth Artist Community.

New World Stages

  • Location: Midtown
  • Style: Our sharp, contemporary design provides a stylish backdrop for events of all shapes and sizes, with the flexibility to transform to match your distinct vision.
  • Capacity: Fixed theatrical seating: Stage 1 – 499 seats; Stage 2 – 310 seats; Stage 3 – 499 seats; Stage 4 – 300 seats; Stage 5 – 150 seats; Lobby – 850 guests (standing/reception); Green Room Lounge – 50 guests.
  • Details: New World Stages is a modern and adaptable theatre complex spanning an entire city block, featuring five theatres, three full-service bars, a 5,000-square-foot lobby and exhibitor space, countless branding opportunities, updated AV systems, and a robust Wi-Fi network. National Geographic Encounter

  • Location: 226 W. 44th St

  • Details: Splash into an unforgettable event in our first-class private event space. With 5,000 sq. ft of event space over four dynamic room, Encounter is the ideal destination for you next event.
